We pledged that we would create the premiere training conference for Black people that would be a catalyst for intergenerational wealth through financial education and economic development focused learning.

With the help of our sponsors, we’ve leveraged their support with some of the best African-American minds, scholars, trainers, keynoters, authors, and community leaders–to create Black America’s largest and most successful conference focused on networking training, business development, personal growth and development and wellness.

I am proud to say that we have done it! Each and every year since 2002, we have cultivated a much needed mind-set for tens of thousands of African-Americans; the realization that Many thousands now understand that “it takes teamwork to make a dream work.” Our sponsors have always understood this fact, and the support we have received over the past 20 years bears this out. In 2022, we are poised to celebrate our 35th year in business and our conference’s 21st Anniversary with the spotlight on industries and companies that are paving the way for the next business generation; including customer service and product excellence, employee capacity building, community involvement, supplier diversity, inclusion, and employment, wellness and wealth creation.

We’re also excited to announce that at the 2022 PNC we will bring The FRASERNATION scholars to the stage. We have made a multi-million dollar commitment to help Black students build their personal support network of relationships with the goal to provide 1 million Black students (ages 17-25) with free and easy access to critical contacts and other networking products and services over the next 10 years. This is provided free of charge to students 17-25 years old.
