FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Beyond the Groove to host The Motet and An Evening with Jackie Greene and Anders Osborne in two back-to-back nights of music at Club Red Mountain Village’s Club Red will host The Motet on Thursday, January 12 th and An Acoustic Evening with Jackie Greene and Anders Osborne on Friday, January 13 th Telluride, CO (November 18, 2016) – Beyond the Groove is thrilled to announce two back-to-back nights of music on January 12th and 13th, 2017 at Club Red. Transforming the Telluride Conference Center into an intimate venue, Club Red features plush décor, ambient lighting, and intimate proximity between guests and artists that creates an exclusive guest experience. The Motet will start the party on Thursday, January 12th, 2017. A Denver-based funk band with a fresh, soulful style, The Motet is famous for putting on energetic live shows in iconic venues across the country. They have seven studio albums including the recently released Totem, but they’re best known for putting on infectious dance parties in Colorado and beyond. Don’t miss their stop in swanky Club Red. Jackie Greene will charm guests with his persuasive voice, vivid songwriting skills and instinctive mastery of several instruments. His style is charged and timeless, drawing inspiration from American roots and his collaborations with greats such as the Black Crowes, Phil Lesh, B.B. King and others. Telluride knows they can count on Anders Osborne, a resident Telluride Blues and Brews performer, to absorb them in seductive music. He’s among the most original and visionary musicians performing today, with richly detailed songwriting, soulful vocals and piercing, expert guitar skills.
