Tacoshed: in Meatpaper Meat Paper
Two months in the summer of 2009 were spent in an intensive furniture design studio that began in Rotterdam and traveled through the majority of Holland. The studio culminated with the design and publication of the book Building Chairs.
Look closely enough at anything and you can start to see the sum of its parts. For instance, a single taco, when examined, became a window into the complexities of globalization. The Project took place under the guidance of landscape architect David Fletcher and members of the art and design studio Rebar.
