Internet Safety Competition The Challenge To promote internet safety, we are challenging students to create an engaging and creative video to advise audiences on the dangers of "fake" information on the internet. The challenge, which is based on Internet Legends “Reality River”; the red island on Interland, is to create a video that discusses fake profiles, spam emails and phishing (all subjects which are covered within island).

Useful Advice and Help My first advice is to play the Reality River (red) island on https://beinternetawesome.withgoogle.com/en_us/interland You may want to research key terms such as spam and phishing. Next is to create your video. Your video can be created any way you wish. It could be you playing a game about internet safety. It could be a news round styled news report or a song. It could be in-game footage mixed with special effects and commentary. It could be something like a Kid President interview. The choices are endless. Below are a few links to give you an idea on how to create your video.
