As this is the last newsletter of 2020 we wanted to take this opportunity to thank you once again for your continued support and words of encouragement during this extremely challenging year. We are very much looking forward to the new year and hope that 2021 brings with it a return to some sort of normality. Wishing you all a wonderful COVID safe Christmas and New Year. Our Y3 children have been sorting and classifying vertebrates and invertebrates. Some of our children completed a Carroll diagram to help them. Others made their own branch diagrams to find the solutions.

This years Christingle was slightly different but the children wanted to spread the joy of Christmas. Please have a look on our website. Well done to everyone who took part.

Y6 Festive Forage Forest
The Year 6 children visited our local park collecting resources to make Christmas decorations. They collected leaves, berries, twigs and conkers. They had a lovely time in the crisp fresh air.

Internet Safety Recently we have had been made aware of a few instances of inappropriate use on devices. Please can we remind you to monitor what your child is doing when they are on their phone, laptop, iPad etc. School cannot be responsible for dealing with issues that are happening at home. We are working hard to educate the children on safe internet use - this theme spans the breadth of our curriculum. If you would like advice or some resources to help you support your child to use technology appropriately and keep them safe this is a great website: https://www.net-aware.org.uk/. We have lots of resources also available on our school website.
