Car Parking Please see below a copy of an Email sent from RMBC to the Police: Please can you consider some parking patrols/additional restrictions around the mini road island at the junction of Shenstone Road/Chatterton Drive/Dryden Road/Chaucer Road/School drive (as pictured). The parking in this area is very bad in a morning/afternoon around school times (8:40am/3:15pm) and cars are turning in all directions around this island with no indication of which way they are going. It is very dangerous trying to cross from any side. There are also cars double parking and mounting the pavement completely so children are forced to walk on the muddy verges. We have also been beeped by a vehicle who was wanting to mount the pavement and we were in the way walking on it! Cars continually double park along the school drive meaning emergency vehicles would not be able to access the school and they would not be able to pass along Shenstone Road either as cars have to mount the pavement along here to pass each other. I am concerned that this will inevitably lead to an accident or road rage as people become increasingly frustrated. School repeatedly send text messages to parents but unfortunately it is having very little impact.

Please do not park in front of drives on Wickersley Road. Thank you.
