Improve behaviour, confidence and resilience of identified children. End the cycle of unacceptable behaviour impacting on learning. Family Learning packs coordinated to support engagement activity for parents and children to develop effective school-parent relations. To encourage learning support to continue at home in order to accelerate progress.
Where behaviour from individuals or groups of pupils has been identified as a concern, this has been acted upon in a timely manner to break the cycle of unacceptable behaviour. The number of exclusions to date in this PP cycle is 0. ELSA intervention is completed weekly with identified children, with positive outcomes for those children. Families have had the opportunity to complete high quality activities, fully resourced, to encourage learning support at home. Families with few available resources during Covid 19 Lockdown January 2021 were provided with meaningful activities, with the financial pressure of resourcing it removed.
