Rounding the bend in front of the upper level of the Cultural Center at Willow Valley Communities, you can’t help but marvel at the quickly changing landscape. It’s Willow Valley Communities’ newest community: SouthPointe at Lakes. And it’s quickly taking shape — with exciting new construction developments almost daily.

Plans for SouthPointe at Lakes are becoming reality with new residents' move-in dates starting this summer.

The beautiful new SouthPointe at Lakes Community is located at the southernmost point of Willow Valley Communities on our Lakes Campus. SouthPointe’s 88 villas quickly sold out when oered last spring and summer. Future residents are getting to know each other and forming a warm community as they all excitedly await their move-in dates, some of which begin this summer. In between champagne toasts at the celebratory ground breaking last fall, the future neighbors exchanged addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses to start the building of lasting relationships. Later in the year, they were reunited at a festive holiday social held at the Willow Valley Communities Clubhouse. The group enjoyed cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and easy conversation about their new homes and future residency at Willow Valley Communities. It quickly became a gathering of new friends. A professional photograph was captured of each resident as a memento of this special evening.

On the horizon for SouthPointe at Lakes are 120 luxury apartments, SouthPointe Village. The splendid apartment residences will be oered in two floor plans — two bedroom/ two-and-a-half baths or two bedroom/two-and-a-half baths plus study.
