Orlando Luxury Vacation Homes Near Disney, Reunion Vacation Homes, Resort Living According to the Builder Magazine survey, the Boca Raton-based Encore Resorts & Homes closed 292 homes for revenues of more than $92 million. The company is currently managing nearly $1 billion in assets with investments in Orlando, Miami, Jacksonville, Dallas, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Encore Resorts & Homes is currently developing the Encore Club at Reunion, a 300-acre community that will feature estate homes and other amenities. The Encore Club is being developed on the west side of Reunion Resort, a 2,300-acre resort community near Celebration. The Encore Club will develop a selection of 4- to 10-bedroom homes ranging in size from 2,300-4,625 square feet. In addition to home construction and infrastructure development, Encore plans to build a clubhouse, restaurant with bar and lounge, fitness center and an unparalleled resort pool area surrounded by beach volleyball and tennis courts.
