The minimum quantities are defined by the lowest quantity scale and packing unit per model and colour. For orders below the minimum quantity (but at least half the quantity) we charge

Production

To achieve a better printing result it is sometimes recommended to print a white layer underneath the print or to apply the print twice. In these cases printing charges are invoiced once more.

Pens

Change of ball pen or rollerball refill per piece: a proof sample these costs are additional.

Minimum quantity for plastic pens: 1,000 pcs.

Minimum quantity for metal pens: 100 pcs.

For our models Super-Hit, Dart and Liberty a change of refill is not possible! The surcharge is to be understood plus price for the refill.

Almost all of our models are available in individual colours according to PMS on request. The minimum quantities are for plastics models 10,000 pieces.

Packaging

Plastic pens

Printed pens are packed in polybag of 100 pcs.

Exception:Super-Hit and Dart are bulk packed in carton. Different packaging (e. g. 10, 25, 50 or 100 pcs. in poly bag) or in box of 50 ball pens pens are packed in a plastic tray of 10. Exception: Polar in a cardboard tray of 10
