I have a Master’s degree in Architecture Design and over eight years of proven experience. My experience includes project architect/designer, project manager and interior designer. In my current position as an architect, I have been in charge of the design development of high-end residential (houses and apartments), and retail projects from conceptual ideas to completion. I have also reviewed and designed townhouse projects and industrial buildings. Duties included and were not limited to managing, coordinating, project program/schedules and preparing drawing sets (SD, DD, CD). Moreover, produced presentations including hands/3D renderings and created construction documents and project details. I also managed the effective communication between contractors, vendors and other project's participants. As a project architect/designer for other firms in the past, I have designed and renovated high-end residential projects, commercial/residential towers, high-end hotels/resorts, country clubs, and restaurants as well as schools, institutional and industrial buildings. The design of vocational high-end beachfront villas and sustainable/environmentally responsible designed projects has been a majority of my work experience. I have also furnished and accessorized homes for retail properties. Moreover, I have worked on traditional corporate projects, which include master planning of beach resorts and residential complexes in places like; The Dominican Republic, Curacao, Puerto Rico, Mexico and The US Virgin Island. I am able and willing to travel anywhere needed. Through my experience, I have managed and supervised a team of seven designers and have led large-scale designs and developments for several traditional and modern projects. I am passionate about providing high quality results and service that bring along positive outcomes; hence, I have been responsible for the production and reviews of construction documents and detailing of contracts. In addition to overseeing a project, I conducted site visits for the project in hand and reviewed the work of engineers, technicians, vendors and contractors. Furthermore, I was responsible for the purchase of furniture, fabrics, fixtures, lighting equipment, and home accessories. My ability to work on several fast- paced projects at the time has given me the skills that your firm may desire.
