ABOUT BRAND COLLABORATIONS W ilsonart (Thailand) is a leading manufacturer in decorative surface under a company from USA with a long history since 1956. In 1998, W ilsonart established a manufacturing plant in Thailand, which is a large production base, to meet the needs of the Southeast Asian region and to some extent, the Australian continent. At the end of 2019, Aica Kogyo Co., Ltd., a large enterprise in Japan which manufactures decorative surface a wide variety of building materials and interior decoration using high-quality technology, had acquired the business of W ilsonart in Asia. This is considered a way of strengthening the business within the region. AICA Kogyo Co., Ltd. was established in 1936 as Aichi Kagaku Kogyo Co.,Ltd., when the chemicals division of Aichi Tokei Denki Co., Ltd. was spun off as an independent company. We have leveraged our core expertise in plastics technology to grow and develop as a company involved in materials, design and technology in an increasing range of business fields, starting from chemicals and now including architectural, housing materials and specialty & performance materials. Exchange of needs with customers and transfer of technology between companies leading to the creation of the right products As the company’s policy is mainly based around customers, the research and development team has continuously collected data from issues and exchange of information with customers. This makes it possible to develop new product features. W ilsonart and AICA has also utilized engineering technology together to help develop products with different functions for customers to connect both design and use in all forms. Innovation that connects people’s needs, providing a wide range of usage options As W ilsonart and AICA are a global affiliate companies and equipped with knowledge of technology, This makes our proficient meet the needs of design patterns and function. Such products are durable, can reduce the use of natural and instead alternative materials with natural wood patterns. The laminate products have special features, whether anti-virus and anti-bacteria, fire-rated surface, ultra-durable surface, smooth touch, markerboard, magnetic laminate and metalaminate grade surface. All of which can be installed with ease and speed, are easy to maintain and has a long lasting service life. Improving the quality of indoor air is vital for human health and Wilsonart® Laminate exceeds the industry’s highest standards for Indoor Air Quality with SCS indoor advantage and Greenguard. The Greenguard certification ensures that a product has met some of the world’s most rigorous and comprehensive standards for low emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into indoor air.
