Bespoke Services Design Our experienced Design Team will work with you to create innovative design to suit your interior. From simply offering advice through to working with you to develop final design.
Colour Select yarns from 300 house colours – or choose from 2000 special colours; or match to any colour with custom dye. Where time is short, select colours from one of our popular palettes
Layout Once a design style is agreed and colours selected, we develop design ideas, working to your schedule. We provide CAD prints of these ideas for your evaluation and approval. Your design ideas can be presented in a choice of roomviews to help you appreciate the scale of the design. If you have architectural plans, we can flow in the carpet design to view in situ.
Hand trial When the design and colour have been agreed, we weave a hand trial. This shows your finished design and is woven in yarns of your selected colours. Once approved, we weave the carpet to your specification.
Installation We can design to any layout, in axminster, tufted or wilton weave – and manufacture at the width and contract quality best suited to your needs. We use careful planning and electronic jacquard to minimise the number of seams.

Pile and backing 80% pure wool and 20% nylon ensures your carpet will be hard wearing and keep its looks for years to come. Woven at a robust 8 rows per inch and backed with a sturdy blend of jute, polyester and polypropylene, the carpets are suited for heavy contract use in any commercial environment. Pile weight: 1192 gm m² / 34.8oz sq yd - ISO 8543 (BS 4223) Flammability Our axminster carpets have passed these carpet flammability tests: s Hot Metal Nut Test BS 4790 s Radiant Panel ISP 9239-1 s Methanamine Pill BS 6307 Backing is treated with SBR Fire Retardant Latex which is electrically conductive to reduce static.
