Try to get an idea of leverage per £1 invested by WC Find an example of a visionary Council (conservative) 6. Marketing Effective and free discuss with Matt Opportunities to be aware of What is happening to WASSA, what do WAP inherit. Look at ways of absorbing and supporting what WC may not be able to deliver Bare in mind longer term priorities and future for WAP Be aware of difference between Culture Strategy for the organisation this WC and that which is what the region needs.
