Hello and welcome to our Autumn/Winter 2023 Season.

We are proud to continue making our own creative productions here in Salisbury. One of the few remaining producing theatres, Salisbury Playhouse is known across the wider sector for the outstanding production values it regularly delivers on stage.

This season sees us increasing the amount of home produced work with three Main Stage productions, all guaranteed to deliver a fantastic night out. Jeeves and Wooster in Perfect Nonsense, is one of the great comedic hits of the past decade. Full of brilliantly theatrical moments of sheer comedy gold, this fabulous play will kick the season off with joy and panache.

In complete contrast, we then present The Girl on the Train. One of the most popular titles of recent years, first as a novel, then a film and later as a play. A tense thriller, with many twists and turns, we know it will keep you guessing as the winter nights draw in.

The season will end with our ever popular pantomime which this year will see Dick Whittington battling with King Rat on the streets of London. Full of magic, spectacle, laughter and song, it’s the perfect festive treat for the whole family.

Meanwhile at Salisbury Arts Centre, we continue to offer a stream of fabulous nights out. Music and comedy lead the way with a wide range of artists bringing the space alive with a vibrant and varied programme.
