Dear Winchester Members, As we close out the year, thank you from the Winchester Team for your continued support of the Club. In 2021, all aspects of the Club continued to grow. Last August and again in October, I wrote to you about the sale of the Club and adjoining real estate. In early November, the Club was listed with CBRE. To date, there have been 30 firms that have looked at the prospective. It takes most firms close to 60 days to complete their due diligence. That accompanied with the holidays puts us into January, when we expect to see some interested firms take a closer look at the Club. I will keep you updated with any progress as it takes place. The New Year also brings a new budget for the Club and an increase in dues. Listed below are the dues and membership numbers for the various classifications for 2022.
