Our preferred method of payment is a direct debit payment on a fortnightly basis. Our Director, Karlie, will be available to discuss this arrangement or alternative payment options with you.
Invoicing Fees are invoiced in advance (two weeks). All families are issued an invoice via email on Friday for the coming fortnight’s care. Full fees are payable on public holidays, sick days and annual leave. Two (2) weeks notice is required for all cancellations to permanent bookings. If the last day/s in care are not used, full fees will be applied as CCB can not be claimed when care finishes on an absence.
Families who intend to apply for Child Care Benefit (CCB) and or Child Care Rebate (CCR) will need to contact Centrelink on 136 150 to ensure these entitlements are available to them. Windermere reserves the right to make any changes to service fees if necessary. Families will be given a minimum of a months notice prior changes being implemented.
