Windermere’s Communities for Children Cranbourne Windermere Child & Family Services seeks applications from agencies that wish to deliver programs at the Communities for Children Cranbourne site from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2017. Communities for Children focuses on the health and development of children from birth to age 12, support for families and parents, creating child friendly communities and supporting Family & Children’s Services to work more effectively. Agencies interested in providing Communities for Children programs are required to attend the Information Session on Monday 27 April from 9:30am to 11:30am at the Old Shire Hall, 162 Sladen St, Cranbourne.
