It is the Parents responsibility to have their Child Care Benefit current at all times. If there is no Child Care Benefit the parent has to pay the full fees. Parents are advised that if CCB is overpaid the FAO will adjust at the end of the financial year. Educators are entitled to be notified if your child is not going to attend care for any reason. Permanent booking cancellation will be charged according to the Allowable Absences on the Fee Schedule. If a parent uses over the 42 Absences (this includes all absences ie: public holidays, rdo’s) no CCB will be paid for these days. If your Educator is unable to care for your child no fee will be charged. Please notify the Early Childhood Education and Care Services office at least the day before so that alternative care can be arranged.
