Promoter A ‘Referrer’ A ‘Referrer’ indicates any person that has recommended another person to Windermere’s Family Day Care Program. Entry Restrictions Entry is only open to Australian residents. Promotional Period The Refer a Friend promotion commences 12.01am on 22 April 2016 and will conclude on 11.59pm 31 May 2016. The Prize Eligible referrers will receive one Westfield Shopping Centre gift card to the value of $100. Eligible referrers will be notified by email or phone with prizes being mailed to an agreed address. Windermere accept no responsibility for any prizes that go missing in transit. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification. Referees are also entitled to a $50 gift card. Eligibility Only eligible Referrers are entitled to a prize. The following conditions must be satisfied in order for a referrer to be eligible as outlined below: - Open to new families only - Must book into at least 20 hours of care per week - The Promoter is provided with the Referrers name, contact phone number and email address at the time of their referred application - The referred family has formally applied and is booked into care by Windermere - Have signed their agreement within 30 days of the Promotionaal Period closing date. - Maximum number of referees cannot exceed 5 per eligible Referrer. Other Conditions The Promoter is not responsible for any issues arising from expiry dates of cards. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or issues arising from goods purchased from the Gift Card. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any entrant who tampers with, or benefits from tampering with, the process or the Promotion. The Promoter and its agencies and representatives associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person’s negligence) relating to this Promotion or the awarding or taking of the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law). The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid, and/or prohibit further participation by an entrant in this Promotion or a prize event/activity if the entrant: (a) disrupts, annoys, abuses, threatens, harasses or attempts to do any of these things to the Promoter, another Referrer or potential Referrer, or anyone else associated with this Promotion; or
