Resilience For Life. A four week program about learning positive ways of dealing with day to day problems, life stresses and life changes.

Resilience for Life is an interactive program developed to give adults positive coping skills to better navigate challenging life experiences, and effectively manage the associated feelings – to be resilient for life!

Dates. Mondays 17th, 24th, 31st August & 7th September

Aims. • Develop the skills of mindfulness and relaxation • Explore thinking in positive ways • Develop problem solving strategies • Learn ways to deal with conflict • Understand the meaning and importance of resilience

Toomah Community Centre 18 Golden Green Street, Pakenham

Time. 10am - 12pm
