Resilience for Life is an interactive program developed to give adults positive coping skills to better navigate challenging life experiences, and effectively manage the associated feelings – to be resilient for life!

Dates: Wednesday 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th October 2015
Aims: • Develop the skills of mindfulness and relaxation • Explore thinking in positive ways • Develop problem solving strategies • Learn ways to deal with conflict • Understand the meaning and importance of resilience • Find out the benefits of a healthy mind and body
