A basic understanding of ‘Sensory Processing’ and how it can relate to challenging behaviour and/or anxiety in your children Practical strategies to help you support your child manage their sensory preferences and effectively participate in everyday activities The opportunity to learn from other parents’ experiences
11/6/2015 - Helps you understand “sensory issues” and how they may contribute to your child’s behaviour and anxiety. 18/6/2015 - Covers strategies to support your child to cope with their sensory challenges and maximize participation in everyday activities.
When: Thursdays, 11 and 18 June
Time: 6.00pm – 7.30pm
Location: Windermere Berwick – 26 Parkhill Drive, Berwick
Cost: FREE for Windermere Early Childhood Development Service clients. Paid places may be available upon request. Please note: Children are NOT able to attend these sessions. This group may be cancelled if minimum numbers are not reached.
