LEADING EDGE

Earlier this year, the marketing programs team hosted their annual Luxury LAB, a two-day virtual event where the brightest minds throughout Windermere’s entire network come together to collaborate, grow, and learn. This event was attended by 70 agents from Washington, California, Idaho, Oregon, and Utah. It is geared toward agents who are looking to find their competitive edge in the market, so they are better prepared to help their clients in their next move. Mission accomplished! 2

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY

On January 26, Windermere hosted a virtual event for its agents, franchise owners, and staff to kick off 2022 and celebrate the company’s 50th anniversary. Thousands of attendees from around the Windermere network came together toast 50 years in business, 50 years of relationships, and 50 years of giving back to the community. 5

SHARE THE LOVE

For the second year in a row, Windermere brokers in the Moreland office created and sold bags full of goodies to help deliver smiles to others and raise money for the Windermere Foundation. The “Share the Love” bags were inspired by The Mr. Thank You Project and the mission to elevate love on the planet. 6

WARMING UP

This past winter, agents in Oregon and Southwest Washington continued a tradition that began in 2002—collecting coats, blankets, and other warm winter items for those in need. Nearly 40 offices participated, partnering with a local non-profit organization to distribute the donated items.
