HAPPY ANNIVERSARY

The Windermere Homecoming event brought together more than 600 attendees from across the Windermere network to celebrate the company’s 50th anniversary. The three-day event in Seattle included an opening night pep rally, three keynote speakers, Windermere University Live classes, optional afternoon and evening field trips, and the grand finale: the Windermere Foundation Gala where we raised $1.6 million to support low-income and houseless families in our communities.

ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

Windermere celebrated Utah agents who have been at the company for more than 10 years with an anniversary party. While not all honored agents were able to make it, we’re thankful to those, and their plus ones, who were able to attend.

GET SMART!

Windermere rocked it and was the lead sponsor for SMART’s 30th birthday party with a $2,500 donation. Overall, the August event for Start Making a Reader Today raised $15,000! 3 4

COLORADO COMMUNITIES

The Windermere Foundation Golf Luau, presented by Elevations Credit Union, was held at Fort Collins Country Club on July 18. Together, the Fort Collins and Windsor Windermere offices raised more than $22,000, with proceeds benefiting our 2022 Northern Colorado Windermere Foundation partners: Stepping Stones of Windsor and Neighbor to Neighbor. These nonprofits will use the donations toward rent and utility assistance for those in need within our communities.

PUTTING SUCCESS

We want to thank our agents, managers, staff, clients, and vendors for chipping in to raise money for local nonprofits at our 12th Annual Golf Tournament benefitting the Windermere Foundation. We had over 100 people participate. Special callout to Nihad Aweidah from our NW Johnson office for his efforts in making this happen! 8

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Windermere’s Chief Economist Matthew Gardner gathered with agents in Vancouver, Washington, where he was a guest speaker at the annual Columbian Economic Forecast Breakfast. Speaking to a crowd of more than 350 attendees, Gardner offered insight on gas prices, inflation, mortgage rates, the local housing market, and more.

GOLF IN THE GORGE

This summer, Windermere brokers and staff in the Columbia Gorge hosted the annual Rick Pauly Memorial Golf Tournament to benefit SafeSpace Children’s Advocacy Center. Also, agents in the Portland area gathered for a day of golf at Columbia Edgewater to raise money for the Windermere Foundation.
