Anyone who’s ever walked through Downtown Edmonds knows how charming it can be. And for those who haven’t, just you wait and see! On July 1 and August 5, businesses throughout the downtown area will feature wine tastings from select boutique wineries from around the Pacific Northwest. You’ll also be supporting the arts, as this event is the sole fundraiser for the Edmonds Art Walk, with proceeds going toward events, music, new murals, and more!

Bainbridge Island

Putt-Putt Clash / July 22, Noon – 8 pm

Bring your putting A-game to Bainbridge Island on July 22 for a fun event unlike any other. Held at Blackmouth Design, this year’s Putt-Putt Clash will have over a dozen homemade mini golf courses for patrons to enjoy. For just $10 a player, you’ll get a putter, ball, and voting ballot. After playing the courses, you get to vote for your favorite. A $500 grand prize will be awarded to the winner, and each player will get to walk away with a once-in-a-lifetime putt-putt experience!

While the Whidbey Island Fair has grown significantly over the past several decades, the old-fashioned-country-fair feeling that visitors experience remains the same. Visit the petting zoo to meet some furry new friends, watch performances by artists throughout the fairgrounds, and take part in fun arts and crafts projects the whole family will love. And if you’re around on Saturday, don’t miss the big parade that kicks off at 10 am!
