2027 Cellars was started in 2007 by winemaker Kevin Panagapka and his wife Jodie. Named after the grower number allotted for the vineyard, this virtual winery, based out of Calamus Estate Winery focuses on terroir-driven, single-vineyard Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Pinot Gris and Cabernet Franc from the Niagara Escarpment. The focus on “terrior” and the individuality of each single vineyard creates wines with a sense of place, quality and personality.

ANGELS GATE WINERY
The distinctive, Mission-style winery sits just below the forested Niagara Escarpment with a view of Lake Ontario and rolling vineyards. Though opened in 2002, the winery’s vineyard planting dates back to the late 1970s and early 1980s. Over 20 different wines are crafted by Australian Winemaker Philip Dowell.
