Making classic Hunter varietals, Kelman Vineyard incorporates their skill and fine touch to create the perfect bottle to enjoy! Their philosophy is to produce classic-style wines, concentrating on what the fruit can deliver each year, depending on the climate and soil.

Kelman Vineyard is releasing a new Blanc de Blanc range that is made in the traditional method, spending four years on lees with a low dosage to produce a wine of distinction. The time has added further complexity and character to this early hand-picked Chardonnay. From the first bubble of the 2018 Blanc de Blancs, there is a creamy texture with faint toast characteristics. It pairs perfectly with seafood, chicken, spicy light pasta and even sweets including pavlova, berries, panna cotta, and Danish pastries. Make sure you grab a bottle to enjoy!
