Lucy Ellis is an artist and performer with a passion for floral design that has now become Flowers From The Pod.

For the last 20 years, in her spare time, she has loved being a NAFAS

National Demonstrator, travelling all over the country entertaining audiences whilst arranging and filling stages with her floral designs.

She has collected quite a few RHS gold medals and other accolades for her competition designs, and taken part in many floral festivals such as the recent Salisbury Cathedral’s

Celebration where she created a

‘Water into Wine’ display (pictured).

As a floral designer, weddings offer Lucy the opportunity to create individual, stunning and bespoke wedding flowers that have special meaning to the bride and groom, and displays to ‘wow’ their guests. Funerals meanwhile are deeply personal occasions and Lucy takes great pride in creating fitting tributes to reflect and celebrate the life of the loved one lost. She can pick foliage from the loved one’s treasured garden, track down unusual flowers they have requested or incorporate personal and valued items into the design.

She particularly enjoys passing on her knowledge by running floral workshops, these are tailored to your requirements and are especially popular around the festive season.
