Celebrating 30 years! Wisconsin has a strong conservation legacy, and the Natural Resources Foundation is proud to be part of it for 30 years (and counting!). Established in 1986 to provide a bridge between private support & public natural resources, the Foundation and its members have provided nearly $6 million in support of Wisconsin’s most cherished lands, waters & wildlife. Join us in the field with expert leaders to explore what makes Wisconsin the special place so worthy of your support and our three decades of hard work. Together we make a great team! With 188 trips, there’s something to peak everyone’s interests, for all ages & physical abilities. So, grab a friend, child or grandchild & explore Wisconsin together! Registration At-a-Glance: • You must be a member of the Foundation to register for field trips. See page 44 for more registration details. • Some trips fill VERY quickly! Online registration shows the most current trip availability. • Please limit your initial registration to 4 trips. After April 15th, you may add more trips to your registration (up to 8 trips total per person). • You may register up to 5 guests. • Only register for one canoe/kayak trip per person due to high demand. • Please don’t register for trips you have done in the past. When can I register? • March 23 at NOON – Online registration opens for current & renewing members. • April 1 – Not already a member? Note: a very challenging hike! Take a strenuous & fast-paced power-hike through areas of the Dells of the Wisconsin River SNA not normally accessible to the public. 1 Check your membership status! Check the address label on this booklet. If it says: • Renew Today! You must renew your membership at the $25 level or greater in order to register for trips. Make your renewal donation when you register for trips, or renew online anytime at WisConservation.org • Thank You! You do not need to renew at this time, your membership is current. • Join us! Please consider becoming a member to join us on field trips. Become a member during your online field trip registration and receive a discounted membership rate of $15.

When can I register for Field Trips? Current & renewing members may register starting at NOON on March 23 using the passcode found on the back-cover of this booklet. Not already a member? You have two registration & membership options: • Before April 1: Go to WisConservation.org and become a member at the $25 or greater level. Your payment confirmation email will include your registration passcode to enjoy Early Bird field trip registration opening Wednesday, March 23. • After April 1: Register for trips using the passcode: Join NRF & a discounted membership rate of $15 will automatically be added to your cart during trip registration.
Tips for choosing trips:
• You may register for up to four trips, and bring up to five guests. After April 15 you may add up to four additional trips to your registration (up to 8 trips total per person). • Trip title colors indicate their physical ratings. Please double-check if a trip is a good fit for you. • You may register for only one canoe/kayak trip per person due to high demand. • Please don’t register for trips you have attended in the past.
Tips for online registration:
• No phone or email registrations accepted. • Have the names and contact information of all members in your party handy. • Some trips are popular and fill VERY quickly (some within minutes), so have a few back-up choices in mind. • If a trip is full, consider the waiting list (this will be an option during online registration). We often call or email wait-listers to go on trips! • Big fan of our field trips? Then please consider an additional donation to the Field Trip Fund while registering online. Your donation to the Field Trip Fund helps keep our prices low, so all can go!
Important facts:
• All fees are non-refundable if you cancel your registration. • Trip details, directions & maps will be emailed to you two weeks before your trip date. • Field Trips run rain or shine. • No dogs are allowed on trips. • There is a $10 processing fee for mail-in registrations, and an additional $10 if you need trip details sent to you via US mail instead of email. • You will be asked to sign a liability waiver form before you attend our field trips.
