PICK UP MENU GUIDELINES

DAY OF PICK-UP INSTRUCTION

All pick up orders will be picked up by the customer at the Information Desk (Located near the 1st floor Park St and University Entrance) in Grainger Hall.

Carts are available to transport your order to Grainger Hall meeting rooms

• Carts must be returned to the information desk and the end of the event.

PICK UP RULES, RESTRICTIONS AND FEE’S

Pick up menu options do NOT include setup or cleanup; the customer is responsible for all setup and cleanup of the pick-up items they order.

• The room must be left in the same condition that it was in when you arrived. All trash must be properly disposed of in garbage bins.

• There is a $250 cleaning fee for rooms left uncleaned.

Serving utensils, plates, cutlery, or tablecloths are NOT included in any pick-up order, those items must all be purchased with your order.

Alcohol service and Wisconsin Union linens are reserved for Full-Service catering only.

Pick up menu items cannot be combined with Full-Service Catering.

Maximum Pick-up Menu order is $1000

Any orders higher than $1000 need approval from WI Union Catering

Pick up orders are not available to make within 7 days of your event

Pick up orders can not be cancelled within 7 days of your event, or charges will apply.
