Children in Wheelhouse Courses
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are dissatisfied with your course, let us know why and we will issue a credit to your account to be used towards any other course(s) in the next year. You are encouraged to speak with us in person, email or call us.
Wheelhouse Studios courses and facilities are designed for adult learners, ages 18 and up. Children ages 14 and up can enroll with a parent or guardian (two registrations required). Wheelhouse Studios needs to be informed of any registration of someone under the age of 18. The adult must attend with the child and has full responsibility/liability for the child. Thank you for your understanding.
What About Parking? Ask us! For most classes we can provide you with information on parking within two blocks of your meeting place. See our website or find parking information at transportation.wisc.edu/ resources/maps.aspx.
Wisconsin Union Membership
Refunds & Transfers? If we have to cancel a course for any reason, you will be issued a full refund of your course fees. If you cancel your participation in a course and request a refund, a $5.00 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover administrative costs. To receive a refund, please provide notice to our office at least three (3) business days before the first class meeting. Transfers and credits to your account are possible up to three (3) business days prior to the starting date of any course. No credits will be issued after the second class session for multiple session courses. One-session and individual lesson courses require at least three (3) business days prior to the class start date for transfer or credit. Credits are transferable to another individual.
