Hydramist achieves Ordinary Hazard 1 Protection Hydramist have been working hard throughout 2012 to develop and real fire test products that the market demands.

Part of this accreditation was to prove that the performance of the Hydramist system was superior to that of the reference OH1 sprinkler system, we achieved this in all aspects, ceiling temperature, and damage to the fire load.

Literally days before Christmas Hydramist successfully passed the CEN/TS14972 Annexe A3 real fire test for Ordinary Hazards at the Fire Protection Association test facility, the test series was 3rd Party witnessed by Lloyds Register to ensure full independent verification.

The Hydramist OH1 system can be used in Data Centres, Schools, Offices, Libraries, Hotels plus other OH1 applications please contact us for more details of this system.

Google Usage Since August 2011 Fireworks have been promoting the business on Google to raise our profile. This is just one avenue to help support the sales team and to help drive up enquiries. If you were to search Fire Suppression or Watermist in any part of the UK on any week day you will find us on the front page.

The business would like to welcome back Jake Blackburn after his "Down Under Experience". After a few months away it's great to see Jake on the tools and we all hope he doesn't miss the Amber Nectar too much.

Since it’s launch in August 2011 we have been shown on the front page of Google 5,179,000 times with over 8,200 clicks through to our website. Google helps to raise our profile and allows us to be visible across the UK. The website has also generated over 780 calls since we launched the new site in January 2012.

Construction Enquirer is one of the most prominent web based News feeds on the net for the Construction Industry.

February 4th saw the anniversary of the 15AMPU, it was a year to the day since we launched the product at the BRE. Lee Haines has been working diligently to get in front of main decision makers and insurers so that the product gets specified.

With over 17,500 individuals accessing the website each day the website is full of up to date information about new developments and contracts within the sector. Their readership is growing daily and they currently enjoy over 660,000 page views a month from 102,000 unique readers. They are officially ranked by alexa.com as the most popular news site in the industry above Building and Construction News. We have recently taken a button banner on the web site and are now visible to this sector every time they log onto the home and news page of the website. With over 350 views to our website during January alone from this site it has allowed us to raise our profile. We are keen to develop stronger relationships with this sector and this type of exposure good for business. This also helps to promote our products within the industry but helps to supports sales when they are talking to clients and specifiers within the industry.

Launching a new product into a new market was always going to be an immense task for Lee, but a year on the results that he has achieved have been remarkable. Some of the largest companies and insurers in the UK are now aware of the product and are specifying the unit over the wet chemical systems.

With forecasts of over 100 units to be installed over the next few months these results do help support the continued growth of the business.

Happy Birthday son.... It was good to see Harry celebrating his birthday recently and on Valentines Day as well. Harry is one of our most experienced members of staff and the Norfolk air has clearly kept him young looking.

Megan went to the trouble of baking a very nice Victoria Sponge that was enjoyed by all. It’s rude to give a person’s age although they do say a picture paints a thousand words....
