Sales
Booming would be an understatement and for a few of you that happen to call me insane through COVID for saying the market is taking off, all I can say is, well let’s not go there. The market in all categories is really moving. Things are great and if you want to buy then you have competition. If you are looking at selling, the Wiseberry Heritage team is achieving better than the current market results. If you are selling don’t take your first offer, do a 14 day sale which will guarantee you the best result possible, speak to our team to find out more.

Where is the market going?
A common question with a simple answer: up, up, up. Time to jump in as at this rate the trend is going to continue upwards.
Rentals
Prices have increased for landlord and new investors are encouraged to use our service. It’s amazing to see the team leasing more than a property a day and the satisfaction and gratitude from our landlords is inspiring. Should you not be with us then we want you to be, give us a call to discuss.
Our Property Management team were honoured to be selected in the top four in NSW at the REINSW Awards for Excellence and celebrated the virtual awards night together. Now into its third decade, the Awards for Excellence is the most prestigious and respected industry awards in NSW and recognises the best, bravest and brightest work across the industry.
Charity
Congratulations to Jasmine Pyne and the Pyne family along with Charmhaven Lions and the Wiseberry Heritage group for making the new wheelchair friendly car a reality. It’s amazing what a community can do for a great cause when we all work together. Well done to the team on the workplace giving, the team recently donated $642 to Ovarian Cancer Council Australia, a charity close to their hearts. George Butcher use to always say, little fish are sweet.
In the month of November, we raised $2,750 for Gorokan Public School donating $50 from every sold property. Wiseberry Real Estate ran a Sold Sticker Design Competition that was open to 29 local primary schools on the Central Coast. The winning design (Miley from 5F at Gorokan Public School) received a Treetops Adventure pass for her and 9 friends with her design used throughout the month of November on all properties sold across our Charmhaven and Gorokan Offices.
Training:
Thank you to industry leaders for participating in team training this month: Thomas Le Hoang, Kylie Maxwelll and Fiona Blayney. These big names with huge bonus to our team who work hard and train harder to be ready for their customer and clients. Their sharing of their knowledge is refreshing and we are grateful for it.
