Indo-American Cultural and Religious Foundation of Arizona (IACRFAZ)
The Indo-American Cultural and Religious Foundation of Arizona was founded in 1987 by a group of visionary community leaders with the goal of keeping the community united. They helped support the Indo-American community’s social, cultural and religious activities in the metro Phoenix area. Fortunately, a group of community members (most of whom are active Foundation members) agreed to partner with the Foundation to purchase approximately 4.5 acres of land directly across the street from the Community Center. To reduce the operational and financial impact to the community center, Bharatiya Ekta Mandir of Arizona (BEMA) was established as a non-profit organization in the year 2001. The intention was to develop the religious center and make the Temple project successful before bringing BEMA under the Foundation umbrella.
Bharatiya Ekta Mandir is blessed thru our Priests and welcomes everyone to have darshan daily. They pass on their Vedic knowledge to all and will betterment for society always.

Param Pujya Bhaishri, Rameshbhai Oza is a living example of what we can be, intelligent, compassionate, spiritual, and loving. His motto “Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam” (the whole world is one family) shows clearly in his goals to create a world of peace, love, compassion, brotherhood, and awaken spirituality. Pujya Bhaishri’s life and work has been a divine Yagya (offering), an embodiment of the combination of Gyan (knowledge), Bhakti (devotion) and Karma (actions). He has led the path of devotion through satsang, tirtha yatras and Anushthans; and has set up initiatives to create ambassadors of Indian Hindu culture. He instils these values by undertaking humanitarian work including helping during disasters and serving the underprivileged. His life’s journey is a continuous pursuit for the betterment of society.
One of India’s most revered spiritual leaders, Pujya Bhaishri Shri Rameshbhai Oza has dedicated his life to sharing the eternal wisdom of Sanatan Dharma. Through Kathas and discourses he is using education as a tool to nurture Indian culture and values in children. He is considered a mentor and guide to many around the world. A true ambassador and spiritual leader of Sanatan Dharma, Pujya Bhaishri has created a legacy not just in bricks and mortar, not just by building Sandipani Vidyaniketan or Shri Hari Mandir, but by his vichaar (divine thoughts). Learning alongside Pujya Bhaishri, Rameshbhai Oza, he has drunk the nectar of such beautiful song of Shri Krishna and now ready to pass it on to humanity.
Shri Shyambhai Thakar, is an honorable disciple of Pujya Bhaishri, Rameshbhai Oza. It is heartwarming to say that, Shyambhai Thakar was Sandipani Rishikumar and now is a professor teaching Vedic knowledge. He is amongst the first ones to graduate of Sandipani Vidyaniketan. Shyambhai is actively involved in seva at Sandipani Vidyaniketan and have always participates serving during Navratri Anushthan and other events that happens annually. He has set an example of other students at Sandipani to gain more knowledge about the Vedic Culture and literature. Lot of students and other young Kathakaar have taken proper advantage of his Knowledge and understanding of such rich culture. Learning from Guruji, Pujya Bhaishri’s charan, Shyambhai is humbled and always thankful for his wealth of knowledge that he now shares with the world today.
Shyambhai was Born into a modest family, in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India, he took admission in Sandipani Vidyaniketan in 1990, where he finished his master’s degree with majors in Sanskrit and Grammar. He gained tremendous knowledge Bhagavat, during his time at Sandipani Vidyaniketan. The rich heritage of Indian Vedic Culture, Vedas, Purans, and rituals within the Indian Vedic Culture, became a way of life for him. As he learned and dived into the depth of Shrimad Bhagavat, with the proper guidance from Pujya Bhaishri, he started to narrate his own Kathas.
