Faculty Collaboration / Partnership

Table 2 shows the CLTD reps and Faculty reps (mostly faculty learning and teaching reps) that will collaborate to offer customised, contextually relevant learning opportunities to faculties. As far as possible, the teams aim to negotiate: a. customised learning opportunities (early career, mid-career and senior career) to identified cohorts b. customised/faculty specific offerings (if/when needed) to groups/schools—on an ad hoc basis c. staff engagement in reflection/evaluation at the end of each semester (all Faculties). d. a scholarly approach to learning and teaching e. the fostering of communities of practice f. quality enhancement

Due to capacity constraints, we strongly recommend working with groups/schools as opposed to individuals
