Self- Project I love to experiment with photography, illustration, and typography into a beautiful design. It’s great to explore yourself. I can learn many things and improve my skills. Another reason, I’m very passionate into design and I want to keep this passion for my daily life.

I’m also eager to learn new things and not afraid to change. Change is good, isn’t it ?

Scanography also spelled scannography more commonly referred to as scanner photography,

is the process of capturing digitized images of objects for the purpose of creating printable art

using a flatbed “photo” scanner with a CCD (chargecoupled device) array capturing device.

Printing Experiment These projects are all about printing technique especially off-set printing and finishing e.g. imposition, emboss, deboss, cutting pond, and spot UV. I believe that design is not always about looks but also the material used. It’s like beautiful girl with beautiful cloth will be more

attractive than beautiful girl with plain cloth.

Name Card Spot UV and special color are used in this name card.

Spot UV effect is applied on the cat’s silhoutte and the special orange color looks more vibrant than offset prints.

Self-Promotional Item Designed for softbounding and as picture frame. Cutting pond is applied for the gaping mouth.

Typography Odette The brief of this project is to create student own original typeface. Well, my first thought was: I want to make typeface that tells stories. I’m inspired with the story of Swan Lake. Story about princess who was bewitched into swan in a lake. She must meet her true love

to break the spell. So I get inspired to collaborate two components which are princess and “Swan curse”. And I use Baskerville to respresent princess who is beauty and Rotis ro represent “Swan curse”. The name of typeface is Odette, based on Princess’ name.

The process began with sketches to combine 2 typefaces which are Rotis Semi-Serif and Baskerville. For final touch, I used my signature stroke to made it a new typeface

The final result of the design is a display type with beautiful, elegant and modern accent.

Editorial graphic / Alpha / indo’s dog / sister internship I’m so passionate in editorial graphic because I love to read magazine. It is integrated into my daily life. My favorite magazine is those with experimental and rule-breaking layout. I want to make layout which can tell stories by itself even before reader read

the article. And hopefully, the reader would also excited to find what article is really all about.

/ Alpha

animation magazine The brief of this project is to make your own magazine. One my hobby is watching animation films, so I tried to make magazine that tell about anything what I like to watch. I named my magazine, Alpha because it’s the first animation magazine that tell everything about

the creator and Alpha also symbolize action in software animation program. Alpha means leader of the pack, so hopefully this project can be the leading magazine. The target reader of this magazine is people aged 1725 who just love animation.

/ Indo dog’s dog magazine

The brief of this project is to redesign a local magazine. I choose to redesign Indo dog’s magazine. This magazine is not only about dog breeds but also how you take care your dog for professional contests. The problem is the unorganized layout which makes its

appearance cheap. (Actually it’s for premium class because the price is Rp 40.000,- ) So I make it look exclusive and familiar so it can attract new readers.

Visual Identity Kebun Raya, Bogor The objective of this project is to redesign visual identity of a company. I chose to redesign Kebun Raya, Bogor which is the national park in Indonesia who become popular because of Rafflesia arnoldi flower. The main visual identity problem of Kebun Raya, Bogor

is it doesn’t have the clear visual identity yet. Kebun Raya is expanding its project in Cibodas too, so it is necessary to develop a brand new solid and interesting visual identity.

Business card I made the business card into small envelope which can contain some seed inside. So the receiver of business card can grow some plant. It’s the best way to introduce the vision of Kebun Raya, Bogor.

Social Campaign Do it now! The brief of this project is to create a social campaign. I chose to use my daily concern, which is to stop procrastination. So I entitled my campaign: “Do it now!” “Do it now” campaign is to make awareness about procrastination and how to cope with it, especially for

college students aged 18-24. College students have best potential and important role to make change in future economy. And I believe every student have potential, but if they procrastinate, the better Indonesian economy would only exist in dreams
