High energy efficiency and optimal control properties High energy efficiency is the outcome of the harmonious interaction of all key influencing factors in the entire actuator system. The coupling factor (mass moment of inertia ratio) and the rigidity in the powertrain are the most important parameters here. Owing to the high mass of the application compared to the actuator, our TPM+ models offer excellent coupling factors where λ ≥100, and hence high efficiencies. At the same time, the high rigidity of the powertrain is crucial to ensure optimal controllability. Our TPM+ models significantly reduce energy consumption and facilitate longer ranges.
