WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

HOW DOES THIS “CONVENTION” THING WORK? Exhibitors, Retailers and Publishers will display products to demonstrate services and/or offer items for purchase. Media guests and comic professionals will sign autographs and may display artwork or sell sketches and prints. HOW DO I FIND ARTISTS, VENDORS CELEBS…RESTROOMS? We’ve got a map of the show floor available in this program guide. WHAT’S THIS WRISTBAND SYSTEM ALL ABOUT? It’s all about security. Make sure to check in at Registration to receive a wristband for access to the show. You’ll need it throughout the weekend and will not be able to enter the show floor without it. WHERE IS THE FIRST AID? Contact a Wizard World staff member at Registration or information booths to direct you to the First Ad station. WILL I BE ON CAMERA? By entering the show floor, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded by Wizard World to use your likeness for promotional purposes. WILL GUESTS SIGN AUTOGRAPHS? CAN I TAKE PICTURES AND/OR VIDEOS? Most of the Celebrity Guests charge for autographs. You are welcome to take pictures and videos at our discretion; however, please note that guests may or may not pose for photographs with fans. Guests have a right to their privacy, please respect their wishes.

LOST AND FOUND? Lost and found will be at the Registration Booths. If you find anything left behind, please bring it to Registration. ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY: Wizard World is committed to providing a safe and fun experience and will not tolerate inappropriate behavior of any kind, including but not limited to harassment because of age, sex, disability, marital status, race, religion or gender identity. Any threatening behavior with the intent to harass, torment or embarrass another is unacceptable and grounds for removal without refund. Local authorities may be contacted and criminal charges could follow. WEAPONS POLICY: In order to assure that everyone who visits Wizard World has a safe and enjoyable time, we have a strict weapons policy to follow. All weapons must be inspected by a member of our security staff and tagged prior to entry. Actual firearms are not allowed. Simulated weapons will be allowed, but must be nonfiring. Bladed weapons must be affixed in their sheaths so that they can not be drawn.
