Anyone can experience emotional distress or mental health problems. The main thing to remember is that you can get through these tough times. Knowing where to seek support and how to help keep yourself safe and well until these feelings pass is important. This doesn’t always have to involve other people, but may include contacting professionals to seek advice and support if and when you feel you require it. You are not on your own and how you are feeling is more common than you might first think. Here are some steps to take that may help...
