Your Nurse Care Coordinator acts as your hospital liaison. That means helping you get ready for any hospital admissions, and speeding your way home (or to post-hospital care) when it is time for you to be discharged.

Advantage®?
Erickson Advantage® is only available to Erickson Retirement Community residents. As with other Supplemental and Advantage Plans, you must be entitled to Part A and enrolled in Part B. You must continue to pay the Medicare Part B premium. Enrolling with us does not affect your Medicaid eligibility. Persons with endstage renal disease at the time of application are not eligible, except under certain circumstances.
Q If I chose not to join the
health plan, can I still go to the community Medical Center?

Erickson Advantage® has a network of physicians/providers in addition to the primary care physicians at Erickson Medical Centers. You may go to out of network physicians/providers but you will pay more. To receive preferred benefits, members must use our network of physicians/providers.

If you qualify for extra help with your Medicare Prescription Drug Plan costs, your premium and
drug costs will be lower. When you join Erickson Advantage®, Medicare will tell us how much extra help you are getting. Then we will let you know the amount you will pay.
