Sterling Estates of Forsyth’s current OutFront Media bulletin display on the Reid platt at the corner of Shiloh Road and Atlanta Highway has become terribly faded in the three years since its original installation.
It’s barely visible from the intersection and conveys a vision of abandonment and neglect to the Sterling Estates brand overall.
Local residents on NextDoor — a local Facebook for neighborhoods social media platform whose digital Geofootprint includes us here — have made frequent comments about its faded appearance and how much they miss the Anderson family’s annual sunflower event.
Other members of the public can be overheard at Forsyth County Planning Commission meetings as well as those of the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners themselves lamenting the conditions of this oncecherished bucolic corner and vanishing local slice-of-life but for the Reid’s landscaping storefront.
The following pages will provide our solution to these growing complaints to make Sterling Estates of Forsyth the absolute envy of any and all Senior Living Communities in metro Atlanta and perhaps the nation.
Wilson Media USA proposes and offers these below remedies to bring the corner of Shiloh Road and Atlanta Highway back to vivid present-day life and one of eager conversation for the future.

Based on the many conversations we’ve had with local residents and Forsyth County decision-makers over the past year alone, Wilson Media USA has determined what’s missed here most are the Anderson family’s sunflowers — whether the public attending on-property annual events or passing them by on the roadways; the lament of the vanishing sunflower patch prevails.
2. Wilson Media USA proposes a new and bright design capturing all the hallmarks of the past with new and promising visions for the future; something elemental that captures the essence of imagination with a lingering recall of brightness, liveliness, and calls-to-action for future sales.
The following page will demonstrate the assemblage vision we’ve taken from very rough and lowresolution images we were able to obtain from online sources.
But with the proper components, we are confident these total combined elements will provide future property owners and members of the community here at large something to talk and think about for months and years to come.
Though not to scale and the main structure’s façade unblended, these very rough working mockups convey visions of bright promise, warm comfort, and destination demand — reimagining ‘Senior Living’ here not just as a final destination but a new and vivid life that’s only just begun.
How often do we hear the grim statistics of those working 90% of their lives only to enjoy a final few in retirement? The design and messaging we propose will convey those final years as their very and most cherished best.

Ultimately, we envision a rendering of the main structure’s façade rising and blended behind a flower-bloom and light-bathed canvas with forefront topography flowing seamlessly through a field of blooming sunflowers, fractal sunbeams, all basking upon a healthy-glow couple embracing and facing their new lives here together.
Of course with more advanced fonts but for this simple mock-up treatment, and a commission to move forward with this project, Wilson Media USA can and will bring these visions to life like no other.

This sign, however, has become obscured by tall weeds and road-widening impediments. Please allow three working days for FedEx three-day ground standard delivery and five working days to complete artwork conception to final-approved status.
