OF 10 POINTS SUMMARY
1
The first point we want to talk about is how to make a business. We got to know how to start a business nowadays. We learned about what is a "start-up" and who were the famous entrepreneurs. For example: during the first day we discussed about the social entrepreneurship and we made presentations about some famous entrepreneurs around the world such as CoCo Chanel or Muhammed Yunus.
CO Ch CO an el
Coco Chanel was a French fashion designer and a business woman. She was the founder and namesake of the Chanel brand. Chanel was credited in the postWorld War I era with liberating women from the constraints of the "corseted silhouette" and popularizing a sporty, casual chic as the feminine standard of style. A prolific fashion creator, Chanel extended her influence beyond couture clothing, realising her design aesthetic in jewellery, handbags, and fragrance. Her signature scent, Chanel No. 5, has become an iconic product. She is the only fashion designer listed on TIME magazine's list of the 100 most influential people of the 20th century.
Muhammad Yunus
Muhammad Yunus is a Bangladeshi social entrepreneur, banker, economist, and civil society leader who was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for founding the Grameen Bank and pioneering the concepts of microcredit and microfinance. These loans are given to entrepreneurs too poor to qualify for traditional bank loans. In 2006, Yunus and the Grameen Bank were jointly awarded the Nobel Peace Prize "for their efforts through microcredit to create economic and social development from below".

The second point is about the importance of communication, cooperation, not fighting, trust, sharing and co-working while making business. We clearly saw the importance of distribution of recourses. During the card game we played we learned “win, win situation concept.
What is a win-win situation? A win-win situation or result is one that is good for everyone who is involved: Flexible working hours are a win-win situation for employers and employees.
3
The third point is about the meaning of social enterprise. We noticed the difference of social enterprise from other profit seeking corporations.
What is social entrepreneurship? Social entrepreneurship is the use of start-up companies and other entrepreneurs to develop, fund and implement solutions to social, cultural, or environmental issues. This concept may be applied to a variety of organizations with different sizes, aims, and beliefs. For-profit entrepreneurs typically measure performance using business metrics like profit, revenues and increases in stock prices, but social entrepreneurs are either non-profits or blend for-profit goals with generating a positive "return to society" and therefore must use different metrics. Social entrepreneurship typically attempts to further broad social, cultural, and environmental goals often associated with the voluntary sector in areas such as poverty alleviation, health care and community development.

SWOT analysis is a strategic planning technique used to help a person or organization identify the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats related to business competition or project planning.
The fifth one was about six key assumptions. They give us an idea about how the social business work in reality. Life is not always perfect. The same with start-up and business plans. We have to be realistic. So keep that these keys

Your product and team are not going to look exactly as you'd imagined they would Raising money is only a smart part of success. There is also hard work! You are never a 100% sure who your customers are

Be active! Even when you have finished your part, maybe somebody has problem with his/her?
Be brave! Don't be afraid to share your opinion. constructive criticism can only help.
Show respect. The atmoshpere in which you are going to work is important. Always explain. Make sure that everybody understands your idea.
