CONTEXT
The leading design assumption is the setting of a contemporary villa in a compact urban development. The plot is located a few kilometers from the old town and at the same time has all the aspects that allow a comfortable life for a person, avoiding bustle and noise of the center. Śródka is a quiet, green and climatic space. Very well communicated with the city and lively with a variety of functions. In the city's tight development, analysis and the goal of the villa project, responding to the needs of modern man. The first disturbing signal is the migration of Poznań residents beyond the city limits and, consequently, a greater amount of suburban development. The lack of own green space is also problematic. In the designed concept, we use both the empty walls of the adjacent plot and the roofing of the designed garage for vertical gardens- farms, providing healthy, ecological products for both households and residents of the district, we also introduce them to the living half-public space with the front elevation of the building. In this way, we open ourselves to our neighbors and enrich the recreational offer of Śródka. Shaping the form began with the analysis of the line of development of neighboring tenements and their heights. The proportions of the building are based on the golden division. Ecology and energy efficiency are important to us, which is why the project offers solutions typical of this architecture. Elevation of the building is finished with corten plates. Openwork elevation pattern refers to brick works in historic buildings walls of existing architecture of Śródka. Composition of the facade The function was designed with individuality , diversified needs and user comfort in mind. The building is divided into a living area with a kitchen, dining room, living room and a two-level, night-time room containing parents' bedrooms with a study room and an open library, rooms for children adapted to different age groups, kindergarten, elementary school or high school student. The layout of the function is mainly influenced by the south-eastern lighting and the view opening on the Warta River and its adjacent areas.

Localization: Pogrzybów Project: Wojciech Śniegowski Area: 858.25 m2 Time: 2014 Programs: Autocad, Archicad

In the proposed concept of land development the primal goal was to design a fire station as an open, multifunctional facility with an attractive and simultaneously simple and readable form. In a non-literal way referring to the surrounding architecture. Located in the close vicinity of Ostrów Wielkopolski, in the south Wielkopolska in village of Pogrzybów, is a picturesque village with a rich historical heritage with a historic palace, tavern and a baroque church surrounded by a magnificent park. The project is an attempt to incorporate the modernist building, so that it becomes a coherent element of the urban layout, and the space around it will be the cultural center of the village. The object is located in the northern part of the plot, it consists of two solids –first adjacent one-storey solid and a second two-storey solid of each floor block of vertical and two-story closing the space of the arranged square. The building's structure is organized in such way that some firemen's service was separated from the public area. In the lower part there will be a banquet and restaurant part, which continues in the form of a partially covered openwork courtyard. The upper part is a planned fire station segment, which has approximately 300 sq m of usable space, which less than half will be allocated to the garage space for four combat vehicles. Firemen's residence will also accommodate: gyms, club rooms with kitchenettes and accommodation spaces.

#boutique lake hotel Lokalization: Antonin Project: Wojciech Śniegowski Area: 4581m2 Project: 2015 Programs: Autocad, Revit, Photoshop
Antonin is located in the center of a vast forest complex surrounded by the nature reserve "Wydymacz". The hotel is distinguished by its unique architecture with a dynamic character and designer interiors. The modern avant-garde facade in a non-literal way refers to the spirit of the architecture of Carl Friedrich Schinkel, an outstanding architect of the nineteenth century Prussia known for the implementation of classicist buildings of the Berlin author of the nearby hunting palace of the princes Radziwiłów. The innovative form of the palace on the octagonal plan was the inspiration for creating a unique geometric façade. The material covered by the elevation corresponds to a palace painted imperial yellow. The building's body is placed from the two upper parts of the residence, set on a single-storey link with the generally available dining space. All hotel rooms are designed in such a way that they resemble residential apartments than standard hotel rooms. A spacious loggia is assigned to each apartment on the south and west side. On the ground floor there is also a swimming pool with a spa & wellness center. The facility smothers all necessary conference space with the possibility of arranging to the requirements of various needs. The bridges that are an integral part of development make it possible to practice water sports. The palace in Antonin was a place of Fryderyk Chopin's repeated stay to this day numerous concerts are held, in response to the concert space demand, a water stage was designed, which will be perfect for the organization of corporations and accompanying cultural events.

#overall urbanistic district renewal concept Localizacja Poznań-Jeżyce Project: Wojciech Śniegowski, Witold Filarowski & Lidia Ratecka Area: ok. 58 ha Project: 2015 Programs: Autocad, Illustrator, Photoshop, ScetchUp
Spatial and programmatic assumptions - the composition of the arranged space consists in completing the historical part of Jeżyce, the center of which is the Jeżycki market, by closing the existing spatial layout by leading a semicircular route connecting Polna Street with Norwida Street. Complementing the urban fabric, both the scale and the character of the existing buildings, the route of streets and the spatial layout of the urban composition were taken into account. After running a semi-circular street, subsequent streets radiate towards the center of Jeżyce. The entirety of the foundation was dissected along the axis of the Wawrzyniak street, on its axis a square was located, being the heart of the designed space. In its corners, streets have their origin beginning with streets radiating to the limits of the design assumption. The square crowns the sequences of the existing public spaces, starting at Asnyka Square with the center on the Jeżycki market. The eastern part of the foundation is divided into four quarters of a residential character, divided by streets facing perpendicular to Kościelna Street. The new development complements the existing multifamily housing located on the train. The office and service part complements the existing service development located on the side of Dabrowski Street. Space design harmoniously harmonizes with the current elements of the district. The space with the indicated function will be completely excluded from car traffic. It will be possible thanks to the underground garage located under the office zone and will enable free use of urban interiors. The zone also plays the role of acoustic buffer for residents of the residential area. Located in the depth of the designed assumption, protecting against the noise of the busy Dąbrowskiego street. The residential part is the largest part of the area being developed. The scale is matching the existing building with the same functional purpose. The buildings included in its composition will be four-five-storey. Multi-family buildings create building quarters with semi-private space in the middle. The buildings around the central square in the ground floor of the designed development will house service premises.
STEP 1 The present condition of the historical space of the district is characterized by high randomness. Residential buildings penetrate accidentally with industrial areas.
Introduction - an orthogonal street network The project assumption assumes ordering the existing space by eliminating unnecessary objects and, above all, introducing a readable orthogonal street network.
The spatial closing of the district
STEP 2 Noticing the boundaries of the historical part of the streets and completing this assumption by leading a border artery that closes the entire spatial layout of the planned district.

The designed space is located on the countryside surrandings border of Morawsko and the meteorite nature park near Poznań. The main idea for the development of the area was to connect the village with the forest, where most of the meteor lakes are located, they were created as a result of the meteor shower during ice age. Numerous craters filling with water with the passing of time created picturesque lakes. Due to the fact that the area is protected, it has been decided not to interfere significantly with the landscape of the town, therefore the complex shape is very horizontal, which rises in the depths of the plot, so as not to overwhelm the surrounding area. The facility itself blend into surroundings due to In addition, for the "feathering" of the program into the environment is responsible for a large arranged green areas- which includes only native plant species. The program terrain is located along the new path, walking the path you can get from the center of the village to all the larger meteors lakes, admiring the hilly landscape on the way. The building consists of two parts in the higher one, there is a recreation and educational program. In the open space of the museum there are placed smaller glass pavilions, which shape refers to the shape of the meteors. The lower part has accompanying functions and technical facilities. It is separated from the main body of the building by the arcade, which creates the gate to the reserve park. Moreover in arcades there is space for bicycles.

Localization: Poznań-Jeżyce Project: Wojciech Śniegowski Area: 176m2 Project: 2012/13 Programes: Autocad Archicad Artlantis
The square was a private garden of Kosińskis. In 1930, it was handed over to the city. There has been reserved in the will, that the square will always be a place of rest for the residents and never be built up. The square is surrounded by a compact 19th-century buildings. You can admire both pre-war modernist and Art Nouveau houses. The idea for the form of the building was created by modifying the surface of the square. The area was divided into smaller areas, one corner of the square was raised above the street level, the opposite was sunk in the area. The elevated part of the square hides the volume of the exhibition pavilion is a green roof. Additional spaces have been hidden under a green roof under the ground level - they contain an open underground gallery illuminated by a series of openings from which tree trunks grow. By allowing access to the roof as well as creating an underground gallery, the usable area of the square has been preserved and even by creating a much larger one. As a result of the introduction of the aforementioned changes, a modern facility was created, corresponding to the existing urban context. Total change of the arrangement of the square, creation of new functions corresponding to the needs of the residents. The new square is primarily an exhibition space, however, it can be a great place for organizing many cultural events. It is a perfect place where exhibitions will take place. In addition, the space of the pavilion will be enriched with a commercial and gastronomic function located on the mezzanine in the exhibition pavilion.

#passive standard building Localisation: Poznań-Winogrady Designer: Wojciech Śniegowski Total area: 339,84 m2 Project: 2013 Programs: Autocad, Revit
The investment is located in the historical district- Winogrady in Poznań. It is a residential district in the immediate vicinity of the citadel park, which is one of the largest park complexes in the city. The priority in shaping the building's building was respect for the existing context of the place, hence the reference to the historic surrounding modernist building. A simple compact structure is to harmoniously complement the existing buildings. In order to fully use the potential of the plot, the facility was functionally divided into the larger residential part-for a family of five and the service space - a dental office to which it leads a separate entrance. Public and private zones, despite appearing side by side, are separated from each other. Which allows the residents to function separately and peacefully in the residential space of the building. On the plot there are also parking spaces for clients of the dental office. The building itself is designed to meet the highest standards and requirements for ecological, passive architecture. Thanks to the use of numerous ecological solutions, the costs of using the building are incomparably lower than in the case of standard buildings. The building has been designed to use passive solar energy in the winter months through large glazing from the south, a flat roof allowing the location of solar collectors and photovoltaic panels on it, but also ensured that the building does not overheat in the summer. For this purpose, , summer and winter sun exposure was examined. It appeared that it is optimal to install and optimal to locate most windows over South.

Ground heat exchanger is a simple device that aims to preheat the air supplying ventilation by acquiring heat contained in the ground. Its operation is based on the use of the fact that in winter the ground temperature below 1.5 m in our climate conditions oscillates at a constant level of 3-6 ° C and is usually higher than the temperature of the atmospheric air in winter. The air from the inlet before it is introduced into the fan is passed through the GWC installation, where it is heated to this temperature. Ground. GWC is used in the summer when the ground temperature is much lower than the air temperature, which allows you to supply the cooled air of the building without having to equip it with an additional cooling system.

#trade fair pavilon Location: Poznań Designer: Wojciech Śniegowski area: 30,84m Project: 2015
The design problem was to reconcile the need to create a pavilion that is fully open to visitors, and at the same time ensure privacy during business talks. The dynamic divisions of the stand that allowed for the creation of ideal spaces for conversations became the answer to this. The project was broken, dividing the block into smaller parts, a passage was designed, thanks to which the pavilion kept its open form. The stand is designed for exhibition space, thanks to its compact form it can be used to promote design even in the outdoors. The leitmotif of the project are cubes - pixels, of which the stand is built on a different scale. The stand is made of a chipboard, which is relatively inexpensive to implement, but it also loses aesthetic value. pixels were placed in such a way as to allow good exposure of exhibits from as many pages as possible. In the cubic capacity of the facility, apart from the exhibition space, there are small facilities and arranged meeting areas with the client, which, of course, consist of designer furniture. Vitra is a furniture production company since 1950. It focuses on creating healthy, intelligent, inspiring and lasting solutions for the office, home or public places. The strength of this Swiss company lies in the combination of the best production technologies with the genius of designers cooperating with it. One of the largest are: Ronana and Erwan Bouroullec, Antonio Citterio, Frank Gehry, Jasper Morrison, Georg Nelson and Isamu Noguch, and of course Charles and Ray Eamsówi, whose famous chairs were displayed in the stand design. Unique design and hard to come by quality, with which Ray and Charles Eamsów are famous for Vitra are the result of many years of activities, the aim of which was and is to create the most functional and aesthetic furniture.

POLAND
The stone house project was erected on a corner plot at Bernardyński Square in Poznań. The building is a contemporary interpretation of the nineteenth century tenement house, which was located in the past on the developed area. However, it was destroyed during World War II. The building's body was adjusted to the scale of the neighboring buildings. The building has five floors. The façade divisions are designed in such a way as to correspond with the height of neighboring historic tenement houses, which is why from the side of Za bramką street, it has been reduced to four storeys and the last one is slightly withdrawn. The building has mainly residential functions, however, there are commercial and gastronomic premises located on the ground floor, which open to the square. The elevation of the building consists of alternating rectangular windows and openwork elements. , their rhythm introduces dynamics to the static body of the building. The height of individual storeys refers to the elevation divisions of neighboring tenement houses. The window openings were withdrawn, and the space thus obtained was designed for extensive loggias. As a result of the friction and multifaceted elevation as well as the withdrawal of the ground floor, the building's body gained the impression of lightness.

#exhibition pavilon on Wiosny Ludów square
Location: Poznań-Old City Designer: Wojciech Śniegowski Total area : 982 m2 Project: 2015/2016 Programs: Autocad, Archicad
The selected location has enormous potential. The location - the very center of Poznań exaggerates the attractiveness of the location. In the close vicinity of the designed object there is a historic old town, green city parks, public facilities, numerous shopping outlets. What makes this area is highly frequented both by tourists and residents visiting the city center of Poznań . Unfortunately, this area is characterized by low quality of space, therefore it is not a destination in itself, but only a degraded chaotic space serving only for communication. In order to stop the degradation of this place, it is necessary to design the space of the square again. The location of the pavilion project was determined on the basis of analyzes and observations of the terrain as well as the behavior of people. The arrangement of the area is designed in such a way that the users are going from Półwiejska-Stary Browar Street towards the Imperial Castle - św Street. Marcin chose the shortest route, crossing the square marked out across the route. On this route, the pavilion is located and in order to overcome it, one must go through the arcade, which is an integral part of the pavilion. The aim of the project is to scare a modern facility that adequately fits in with the existing urban context. It has functions that meet the needs of residents and all potential future users of this location. This will be achieved by completely changing the arrangement of the square. The dominant feature of the new development of the square will be the creation of exhibition space. A place where exhibition vernissages, conferences workshops will take place. In addition, the pavilion space will be enriched with commercial and gastronomic functions. The way of conducting the path is to encourage passers-by to "catch" the space of the pavilion on the route of the march and take advantage of the rich program offer, which is hidden in the space of the art pavilion.

PAVILION - is a small building, inscribing itself in the surrounding space, but not overwhelming it. The resulting object will be a complement to the surrounding historical monuments architecture. Round shape,of the pavilion its soft form complementing the varied stylistics of nearby buildings. It was located on the route of a naturally created trail pedestrian dissecting the space of the enabling square free communication on the Półwiejska-Święty Marcin account.
N
PARK AREA - A flow corridor has been preserved and free flow zones and relaxation zones have been distinguished. The space of the park allows organizing in its area; outdoor events, exhibitions, concerts, picnics, fairs, festivals, etc.
THE MAIN PEDESTRIAN ROUTE - Analysis of the surroundings showed that the space of the main route pedestrian is strongly flowing. Missing program elements allowing for a moment rest for passers-by and enjoying nearby services.
- increasing the quality of the existing space - extraction of unused space assets - arrangement of circular communication - creation of a new pedestrian and bicycle communication system - creating an attractive space that attracts new users - establishment of a green enclave, an urban meadow, a place of rest for interpersonal interaction meetings
