Northrop XP-79 • Intended to be a near sonic speed flying wing fighter • Powered by a rocket engine • September 12, 1945 was the first flight


P-40 Warhawk • First single seated American fighter • Used all throughout the war


Arado Ar E.340 Medium Bomber • German airplane • Designed to be a twin engine bomber


Arado Ar E.555 • German airplane • Used at the end of 1943 for high speed long range bomber


Kyushu J7W Shinden • First flown in 1943 • 4x30 mm Cannon made to take down B-29 Superfortress
