Tours, Talks, and More* • 1,616 adult visitors attended 106 guided tours and self-guided visits. • 1,734 children attended 74 guided school or youth tours and self-guided visits.
Art, Books, and Creativity (ABC) Initiative In July 2019, NMWA educators welcomed teachers to the tenth annual ABC Teacher Institute and the fourth Advanced Teacher Institute:
• 523 visitors attended 16 Fierce Women 2.0 tours.
• 37 participants hailed from public and private schools across the country—D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Minnesota, Nevada, South Carolina, and Texas.
• 137 participants attended 2 artist talks with Janaina Tschäpe and Delita Martin.
• In total, participants teach approximately 10,040 students per year.
• 402 visitors attended 35 weekly Gallery Talks.
*Attendance is from July 2019 through March 13, 2020, when the museum temporarily closed due to COVID-19.
