ALLY CEDENO, FOUNDER & PRESIDENT WOMEN OFFSHORE FOUNDATION

Ally Cedeno, the visionary founder and president of the Women Offshore Foundation, is a powerhouse in the maritime and offshore energy industries. A distinguished alumna of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, graduating in 2008, she furthered her education by earning a Master's in Business Administration from Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business in 2020.

With her chief mate license for unlimited tonnage vessels, Ally's extensive experience encompasses various roles, from a senior dynamic positioning operator to advancing from a roustabout to an assistant driller in the drilling department.

Throughout her 15-year career, Ally faced the challenge of being one of the few women in operational roles at sea. Undeterred, she harnessed her determination to effect change, leading to the establishment of the Women Offshore Foundation. This groundbreaking online organization and resource center aim to empower a diverse workforce on the water. The foundation's mission is twofold: to propel women into meaningful careers by providing access to a global community and professional development resources, while simultaneously raising awareness among industry leaders and decision-makers about the issues affecting women in maritime and offshore industries.

Ally Cedeno's unwavering commitment and remarkable achievements have positioned her as a catalyst for positive transformation, breaking barriers and fostering inclusivity within traditionally male-dominated fields. CASSI LASKOWSKI, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR WOMEN OFFSHORE FOUNDATION

Cassi Laskowski, the dynamic executive director of Women Offshore, is a trailblazer dedicated to addressing the gender gap within the maritime and offshore industries. As a 2007 graduate of the US Merchant Marine Academy, she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering and a 3rd Assistant Engineer unlimited USCG license. Following her graduation, Cassi embarked on a sailing career before transitioning to work at a shipyard in Southern California.

Today, Cassi serves as the passionate Executive Director of Women Offshore, tirelessly advocating for a safe and inclusive working environment for all individuals at sea.

At the helm of the Women Offshore Foundation, an innovative online organization and resource center, Cassi and her team are committed to propelling women into meaningful careers. Through fostering a global community and providing access to invaluable professional development resources, the foundation empowers women in the maritime industry to excel. Simultaneously, Cassi spearheads initiatives to raise awareness among industry leaders and decision-makers about the critical issues that women face while working on the water.

DR JASON JONES, FOUNDER AND CEO, LEADERPATH

Dr. Jason Jones equips leaders to energize, engage, and activate the best in themselves and their people. He is an organizational psychologist, keynote speaker, two-time best-selling author, and executive coach.

Utilizing the latest in neuroscience research and gleaning from more than 100 years of motivation theory, Jason teaches leaders how to apply these proven principles to become more influential and persuasive.

Dr. Jones is the founder and CEO of LeaderPath, a company dedicated to sharing evidence-based methods for enhancing performance in the workplace. He has been featured by Inc. Magazine, CBS, ABC, FOX, and PBS. His client list includes some of the world’s most recognized brands, including American Airlines, Porsche, Boeing, AT&T, McKesson, Seagate Technology, and Ericsson to name just a few.

He is the author of the two books, “Activator: Using Brain Science to Boost Motivation, Deepen Engagement, and Supercharge Performance” and “28 Days to a Motivated Team.” In his last corporate leadership role, Jason led executive education at AT&T where his team was responsible for developing more than 6000 leaders around the world and his team contributed to AT&T being awarded the #1 Learning Company in America by Chief Learning Office Magazine.

Dr. Jones uses an entertaining and high-energy style to present keynote speeches and training workshops with the goal of energizing people, connecting them to their passion at work, and helping each person learn the skills necessary to ignite the energy, motivation, and engagement of others.

On a personal note, Jason enjoys working on his roadster with his teenage boys and cooking with his daughter. He and his 3 children reside in Dallas, Texas.

SHANTA EADEN, FOUNDER AND CEO LEADERS EDGE CONSULTING

Shanta Eaden is a remarkable individual who embodies the roles of a wife, a mother, and a people-first leader. With over 20 years of experience as an enterprise change leader, she has honed her expertise in integrating people, process, and technology to drive transformative change. Shanta has successfully led multinational teams in both the Finance and Energy sectors, showcasing her ability to navigate diverse environments and deliver results.

What sets Shanta apart is her recognition as a DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) strategist, change leader, and project management executive. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Texas Southern University, and she furthered her education by earning an MBA from LeTourneau University with concentrations in Management and Human Resources.
