TERMS & CONDITIONS 01. The Partner Organization in your country has to be informed about your application for this project. You can find the email of the partners in the Info Letter. 02. You have read the Information Letter and completed all the questions of the Application Form. 03. After receiving a Confirmation Letter of Participation, you have booked your travelling tickets and informed the Partner Organization in your country about your arrival and departure times the latest 2 weeks before your arrival. 04. You have signed up to the Online & Local Preparation of the project and participated in the weekly online assignments. For more details see the Info Letter or ask one of the representatives of the partner organization in your country. 05. You have participated in the whole duration of the Residency in Ommen Netherlands. 06. You are willing to participate and create your own product during the Follow Up Activities of the Project and the International Video Production. 07. You are responsible for your own safety while travelling to the accommodation, during the Main Event and going back home.
