Here is the rundow n of events: Thursday, July 28 Arrive at the New port Hyatt Regency 4 PM Check-in at the New port Hyatt Regency 5 PM ? 7 PM Welcome Reception at the Alex and Ani Store, 1 Bow en?s Wharf, New port RI Hyatt Shuttle van service does continuous loops from the hotel to Bow en?s Wharf, every 30 minutes. Pick up ticket package at Alex and Ani. Friday, July 29 9 AM -10 AM Dedicated Hyatt/WBGO van w ill take you to Perrotti Park to take the w ater shuttle to Fort Adams Park. Van w ill do loops for the full hour. M eet the van in the main lobby.
10 AM Gates open at Fort Adams WBGO check-in tent open. Pick up ticket package and pre-ordered chairs. 11 AM M usic at Fort Adams begins 11 AM ? 6 PM WBGO shade tent is open, located near the Quad Stage 6:45 PM WBGO trolley service w ill be at the conference center entrance and w ill provide service to the International Tennis Center. The trolley w ill do continuous loops until all guests have made it to the concert. If you decide to not take the trolley bus, you can w alk, or take the Hyatt bus to dow ntow n New port and w alk from there. The trolley w ill be w aiting after the concert to take you back to the hotel. Saturday, July 30 9 AM -10 AM Dedicated Hyatt/WBGO van w ill take you to Perrotti Park to take the w ater shuttle to Fort Adams Park. Van w ill do loops

BOX OFFICE opens at 9am / GATES open at 10am PARKING opens at 8am / Shuttles start at 9am / WATER TAXIS start at 7am FOOD & CRAFTS start at 10am M USIC: 11am Times subject to change. Is there food and beverage sold on-site? YES! Food and refreshments can be purchased from vendors throughout the festival grounds. Beer & Wine, as w ell as food, can be purchased in Brother Thelonious Beer Gardens, located on the pier and in the Fort quad. Patrons must be 21-years old and over to enter cafes.

What if it rains? The festival is held rain or shine. There are tents over seating areas at the Quad and Harbor stages and shade can be found in parts of the Quad. If severe w eather occurs that is deemed unsafe for festival participants and patrons, the programming may be temporarily interrupted, but w ill continue w hen w eather allow s.
