Spare Parts Procedure Planograms

Planograms will be located on Workvivo under Apps> Merchandising>Planograms 2023>Gardening. An update will be issued in the Trading Pack when these are published. Planograms will be tested in the Support Office Merchandising Centre before being published to stores to ensure they suit the products and racking. We ask that stores could please support us in putting these planograms in place and that they are maintained throughout the season.

Spare Parts Procedure

Last year we increased the range of spare Lawn Mower parts available on the website. This was well received by both customers and stores. This year we are expanding further to include a comprehensive range of spare parts for our current Pro-Lawn and Hyundai Lawn Mowers, as well as a selected range of parts for Pro-Lawn mowers from previous years and ROK Pressure washer hoses.

Full details of the spare parts available and the process for requesting parts will be issued in the Trading Pack when these parts arrive and are available on the website.
